Because they like to make things complicated. Guess I can't complain though since, in a couple of years, it's going to be a hell of a lot harder to get to games and actually be able to have fun. There'll be no shuttle or mass transit for those who live ITP, which means less booze.

Not to mention cobb county police are the fricking worst. DUIs are about to skyrocket. I'll be riding CCT to get to games.
