The fact that your brain can't process the very clear meaning of that sentence leaves me in a bit of a perplexed state. On one hand, I could just say it's the reason MS is last in basically everything, and chalk it up to poor education...on the other, I'm not sure if you're a retard who gets to play on the computer for a few hours in the morning.
