I have lost 49lbs since feb. 16th 305-256 currently. cut out sodas, rice, bread, anything fried, and of coarse no sweets, and started working out 30 min. cardio and lifting at least 3 days a week mostly 5 though. I'm 44 even though I've lost 49lbs I have actually lost more fat then that as I've also gained muscle.
