I've met one person. Dumbest guy I ever met. He could read a few words, but had us read crap to him from the Internet. One time at work the whole system went on lockdown because someone looked up sex.com. They questioned all the employees, but they all knew who was dumb enough to type in sex.com, and just had to follow protocol even when he denied it.
