I didn't read the story but.....she gets drunk, goes home with them, undressed and put on just a shirt. Has concensual sex (obviously since there's no rape charge) and then alleges rape because she sees a flash go off?

Hmmmmmmm......not passing the smell test for me yet.

But my God, when she complained about the photos, these 2 morons keep one of them?

If they are guilty of rape, fry em. But as for now, it seems like she did something she regretted and used rape as a cover of the photos that were being shown around.

Well not only did they keep one of them but admit to taking others that they say they deleted and admit that they did so without her knowledge or consent. Guess what, if she was too incapacitated to give consent for photos during sex, how hard do you think it will be to prove they raped her without her consent?

Should be an interesting case.

A woman getting drunk and getting in the car to spend the night with two guys show poor judgement.

The actions of the two men indicate a crime.

Poor judgement does not excuse the ones who commit a crime.

Didn't click the link, but the story posted never mentioned anyone had sex between the three.
