If the departing conference mates had won a few more football national championships (or SEC championships) than the Washington Generals...

What does that have to do with anything?

Does USC frick over Oregon St by giving Washington St extra TV money it never earned? Does a Bama frick over a Vandy in the SEC? Does Ohio St frick over Iowa? The answer to all is no.

Texas is the ONLY major conference anchoring program that acts like it does. That is why conferences keep crumbling around it.

College football isn't capitalism, one team can't win above all because you need good competition to be relevant. Every major program but Texas gets that.

How well we have done, or will do, doesn't matter. What matters is Texas went too far in being selfish and it is paying the price with that shite home schedule.
