There are millions of opinions,points of view but as far as racist conflicts to me it's black women times 1000.

I treat everybody fair, am very polite but as far as pointless racist initiation to me they win.

I was sitting in a waiting room yesterday, minding my own business and a lady sat beside me on the phone. She was conversing about a job interview with someone and said "the interview went great, but she was black too, so you know" then she looked at me and rolled her eyes..

That was just yesterday.

In the Army black females are the first to cry victim and racism too. It isn't close.

Everybody gets treated differently and walks their own path, but from my experience this is how it is. I've never had a single problem with males, been called a racist or even overheard any white hate from dudes.
