It's not even just the WR coaches position, too, though.

We had three offensive coordinators in four years.

Who...despite coming from different philosophies, seemed to run almost identical play-calling.

I think now that we have an offensive-minded head coach, we won't have to worry about too much. We had two (failed) head coaches as positions and offensive coaches, a head coach with no offensive experience but ''an offensive gameplan'' (that he never ran at a coaching level, ever) and literally no leaders on offense at all.

Now, we have a somewhat proven coach (10-2 out in Colorado ain't bad) who's got a background in offense. I really, really hope that he has a magic key to fix it all.
