I watched too many routes by the receivers last year get broken off too soon or cuts slow enough that I could have covered them. We had no coaching last year. Having a receiver coach should help a lot this year.

I watched last year # 5 make some of the worse moves at the WR position that I have ever seen. He had his mind on something else it seemed. # 1 continually dropped key passes on third down and I would have benched him in favor of anyone else on the team. The receiving corp regressed in my opinion last year from 2013. I think Muschamp threw up his hands in frustration and tried to see if making only safe throws might work....that and run the ball or throw to DRob 80% of the time.

I feel good about the direction of our recruiting of receivers and the importance placed on it. But remember, our defense is good enough to win games for us if we just dont screw it up too much on offense.
