Fun fact: tOSU has signed four more players than Alabama since 2012 (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015). Why does the B1G allow tOSU to oversign so much?

OSU was dealing with scholarship restrictions too
Edit: If you look at OSU's personnel losses, like 9 of them were LBers, with a lot of injuries. If OSU was really going to oversign and prcoess, they wouldn't do it at LB, since that position was extremely weak in 2012 and 2013. And OSU signs more with Meyer than they ever did with Tressel for sure
