Incoming freshmen are required to live on campus, resulting in massive on-campus housing growth. UA is in the midst of a construction boom that doesn't appear to be slowing down.
Some pretty smart people see big changes coming in higher education itself and also how it is paid for. Some of these rapidly expanding universities could end up on the wrong side of history very soon.
