Advice:
I'd skip the biceps, but you probably like all things with the word bi in them.
Pull-ups, back-work ect should give the biceps all the work they need.
With curls you're just adding useless mass that will turn flabby and fat when you stop working out as often, whenever that may be.
Big biceps are very 90s. Most girls don't even like them. Strong arms are one thing, big swollen biceps=huge lift on pickup truck. It's not opinion, it's truth.
