I did tree removal for a couple summers in/after high school. I still say that's the hardest work I've done. I know the guy looks like an idiot, but weird things happen when dealing with trees. I remember one of my first days I tried to stop a rolling 3 foot section of log...it didn't end well for me.

Yep but this wasn't a wierd thing. The tree fell exactly where they wanted as they were the ones pulling it there.
Takes a special kind of stupid not to take one or two steps to the side. And for fricks sake, look at it and determine its path.
