Opposing fans at Williams-Brice stadium should fear for safety, seriously. And don’t take your wives or daughters there, regardless of what team you cheer for, because profanity flows more freely than the cheap beer.

I dunno, is this really fair?

According to this Clemson fans experience it probably is

quote:

I was at the game this Saturday with my wife and infant daughter (yes, I brought my infant daughter to the game, because I don't know any better.) While walking to the stadium, we had rocks thrown at us and beer/liquor tossed on us as well. They called my baby a "stupid little tater #####." I just held up my bible, I bring it everywhere, and kept walking. Once in the stadium, we found our seats amongst the coots in the upper deck. They were very loud and intoxicated. They called my wife a slut and threw drinks on all of us. One coot gagged himself in order to throw up all over my family. After we threw the interception, some stupid coot took my baby and threw her off the upper deck. Now I have no baby.. and we lost.. terrible weekend.

As the new guy in the SEC I have been trying to visit every stadium. Everywhere we go the fans warn us about LSU. The unanimously hate LSU Fans. We have been to Alabama,Auburn,Ole Miss,SC,Arkansas,Miss state and Miss St. So far.

AUBURN esily the best fans and LSU easily the worst. Note-I was born in Baton Rouge so it hurts me to say that.

I had zero problems there last year. People were very quiet in fact. Very very quiet.

We're in agreement concerning Houston and College Station, but Dallas has incredible nightlife. Unfortunately you'd never find it just by going downtown and walking around. I thought it was a dead zone until I moved here a couple years ago and started learning my way around. You need to have someone who knows the city show you around.

Uptown, Oak Lawn, Lower Greenville, The West End, Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts, and Addison all offer great nightlife of different sorts. Not to mention the UNT music scene up in Denton, and all the options in Ft. Worth. There's vibrant nightlife in DFW for everyone, regardless of your scene.

If you're ever in town let me know, I'll be happy to buy you a couple beers, and spend an evening talking about how much LSU sucks.

frick Dallas. Bunch of carpet bagging douchebags.
