So outside of the Spanish Villa suggestion are there any other apartments/condos that I could look into in the Midtown area? I'm not sure what constitutes as Midtown but I do have family there so I'm going to get them to show me around this weekend when I come down to begin browsing for places.

My best suggestion is to just walk/drive the streets in Midtown with you family members and stop by any place that interests you.
