I think there are pros and cons to both. With high turnover, comes low experience. Teams that have developed 3/4/5-star players (ie juniors and seniors) are on the same level. Not to mention the fact that these 5-star freshman are still a risk to build a team around. Just because their game translates to the NBA, doesn't mean they have what it takes to go the distance in CBB. Personally, I believe players should be able to go straight from high school if they want.

When more players start going overseas for a year out of HS that'll change.
