GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Stephen Garcia was all over Florida Field on Tuesday, and this time nobody was trying to knock him into next week.

Garcia had been at University of Florida’s stadium three times before as a quarterback with South Carolina, but Tuesday’s trip was to help with the Gators’ pro day. He threw passes to receivers, backs and tight ends -- and there wasn’t anybody trying to drive him into the dirt while he did it.

“I had a blast coming back in the Swamp,” Garcia said. “It was nice. A nice and easy day.”
