Try being a broke crippled man in a wheelchair, living in subsidized housing with a $700/m disability check, and applying for SNAP in Georgia with no children.

I can buy that.
As far as his redneck rant, there are plenty of cases where that is painfully true...but just because someone lives in Atlanta, drives a truck, and chews tobacco doesn't mean they think they're a redneck. Maybe they just like dip and need to haul stuff a lot.
