Hopefully his body is strong enough to withstand at least a year's worth of daily prison beatings before eventually succumbing to his injuries.
Of course, he'll just be charged with involuntary manslaughter though and be sent to a fake prison where he is kept out of general population.

He will be in protective custody his entire time behind bars. He wouldn't last an hour without it.
