When I graduated high school I was 6'3", 170 pounds. My go-to at McDonalds was 4 cheeseburgers, large fries, and an apple pie. And I was hungry again a couple hours later.
Now I'm 6'3" 210 pounds and 1 cheeseburger and a small fries is my go-to at McDonalds, though I rarely eat there.
There are times I can still put away a lot of food, but those instances are few and far between. I ate about 20-25 chicken wings a few weeks ago, and had indigestion for 24 hours.

when I said age is just an excuse it was in regards to getting in shape, not about lacking the metabolism you once had.
I'll be going to the gym, running, and eating healthy for as long as I can, but I'm sure my cheat meal will have to change over time.
