@CecilHurt: Scott Pospichal, noted AAU coach of the Texas Titans, will join Avery Johnson's staff at Alabama as an assistant, The News has learned.

That shows he got rejected a lot but I don't think it's bad to have an AAU guy on staff for sure.

From what I've read about Pospichal online, this is a pretty good hire. I'm excited about the basketball program.
