Oh he is. And he's only 26. It feels like he's 30 but he is not.

I'm not a huge fan of new stats. But his WAR says he's a 20+ million guy. The same people who bring up WAR value unfairly look at him and question that because of power stats. But with him when you watch him every day you actually see his value in everything he does. Hell I like him 4th or 5th in the lineup. Because if you're doing things right you're lineup shouldn't turn over in order every time. He's capable of going gap or yard, as well as turning a two out hit into a key run late in a game. His defense goes without saying and just letting him become a free agent regardless if he signs here or not is just a bad decision.

He may very well not hit 20 or 25 homeruns 3 or 4 years in a row. Or as he ages he could put it all together and outplay his value like a jose bautista.

I won't even bring up the fact he couldn't be any worse against lefties last year to being at a point now where you would be retarded to pinch hit for him against a left hander.

Hurdle with the clutch move to put in the lefty tonight with the bases loaded.

Heyward drives him out of the park.

Fun season guys.
