Whomever doesn't start between Ramsey and Park will likely transfer, IMO.

Bauta seems like he will stay no matter what.

I could easily see the scenario where Ramsey gets the start, Park transfers somewhere else, we have a very run-heavy season and Ramsey ends up being good but not great, maybe even getting injured so Bauta has to finish the season, and then Eason starts next year.

I can also picture the scenario where it's flip-flopped and Park stays and Ramsey goes. Which might even be more likely after watching Ramsey's interviews. He doesn't sound like he's bought in 100% like Park does.
