Dude I'm sorry that I told you there is no Santa Clause but that is not why it is called that. The Strip is not on maps of Tuscaloosa either. Yes the streaking happened but its called that, just like all the other college towns, because it is a strip of bars.

You're basically arguing with well known facts and history. No one's arguing that having a place called the strip is particularly unique but the reason why Cumberland Ave is called that IS unique.
