We just offered $4 million a year for a coach. Following that up by hiring Prohm is settling when just yesterday we were swinging for the moon. What has changed in our approach? Just because our main target said no, we should just hire someone who isn't close to that level? It's a weak approach.

I see your point, but it doesn't matter now, if everything I'm being told is accurate. I'm hearing Prohm is the guy, so my point is we might as well get over the griping and get behind the guy. Without fan support, it's going to be really hard to turn the program around.
