If you were his boss, would you keep someone employed who had double digit failed drug tests?
Of course I wouldnt. But I can honestly say I dont think negatively about someone for smoking pot. But getting 2 duis pretty much means you are an absolute POS who doesnt care about human life. 1 dui I can say is a mistake, 2 isnt defensible

Even the synthetic stuff?

Point being is both Honey Badger and Geno Smith acted irresponsibly and in a way that wasn't fitting to their respective programs. Two DUIs means that Geno has a problem just like HB has a drug problem. If it's "just pot" then why couldn't he stay away from it to stay on the team? Why did he fail the LSU team by continuing to do something that he knew he could get kicked off the team for?

And why did Les Miles set the threshold for failed drug tests set so high? Did Les Miles really come across as a disciplinarian in that case? "Tyrann, I know you've had 8 failed drug tests, but if you fail three more you are off the team."

What programs allow players to have double digit failed drug tests before getting rid of them?
