There's a huge difference between "talking" about something and attempting to self righteously scold someone on the subject. You and I both know what your intent was so climb down off that high horse you rode in here on.

Just FYI you can read back through what I said, in no way did I ride in on any horse. I don't take part in the normal AU UA shitfest on here. I simply said that Saban should have come on stronger on the points about drinking and driving and beating women because of special interest groups that could latch onto the subject and make things a living hell. Not just to Alabama but for all college football fans. Do we need more "no more" commercials? No we don't.

To Terry's point below, you were responding to someone who tossed in a jab at Bama based on what I said, but I don't see what he said as justification in what you decided to respond with.

Also, I don't care what you want to call the "statement" you made about lutz. It was in incredibly poor taste and you would rather mince words about "joke" etc than actually own up that you crossed a line that you should not have.

I crossed no line. My comment wasn't meant to be a "joke" or to "make light of" or anything else y'all want to call it. I told a poster that was attempting to scold Saban/Alabama folks/ etc. about the danger of driving drunk, that he didn't need to taking that direction with his self righteousness...and I'll tell you the same thing.
