oregon basketball got sued when they brought in a rapist who hadn't learned his lesson. Something similar could easily happen here, assuming saban hasn't already sent the bagman over to the girl and her family

The victim absolutely could sue the U of A, Saban, Battle, whoever. Winning that lawsuit might prove difficult. But I wouldn't classify it as frivolous.
