It's nice to finally see so much time and money go into the revitilization of downtown/campus. With Market Square on the up and up you've gotta think a sexy Cumberland Ave. only helps with commerce/tourism. Particularly during football season.

It's honestly been a shock to me to see Cumberland go through this recent "BUY GOLD!, CHECKS CASHED!, PAWN HERE" phase. It used to be awesome then sometime in the mid-late 2000s it went to shite.
