The thing tha that leads me to beleive there is more to this story is Hardy or one of his guys called the cops because she was acting a fool. Not too many people would "call in fire on their own position" if they were in the wrong. And before anyone says "but a judge convicted him" yes & no. A lawyer buddy of mine who has an office in Charlotte told me the legal process up there that the first round is very similar to a grand jury where theJudge decides that there is, or is not, enough evidence to take to a jury trial (one of you lawyers want to chime in & tell us if this true?)

I have stayed at a Holiday Inn.

First, he was convicted by the judge. He then has a right to "start over" in court by asking for a jury trial. That wipes out the conviction by the judge. When the DA went to the jury trial case, the woman had received a sizable settlement and no-showed in court. Case dismissed.
