Let me tell you how this scam works.
Your asking price is $12,000.
She says OK, I'll take it, what is your paypal info.
You give your paypal info.
She "accidentally" deposits $20,000 into your paypal account.
She contacts you and says there was a mistake. Can you wire her Western Union the $8000 difference.
In order to wire money, you must have cash. You withdraw the cash to wire it back.
Couple of weeks later, the paypal deposit of $20k bounces, the bank it was drafted from returns it like a bad check.
But you, being a dumb schmuck, already took out cash and sent it back to bitch. And now you are on the hook for the money to the bank.
If you think this bitch is in any way serious, and she isn't, but if she is, tell her to wire you the money through Western Union.
There is a 100% chance this bitch isn't wiring you a god damn thing.
