I thought that Jackson tackled fine last year, had a couple of forced fumbles even, IIRC. I don't think physicality is his problem.

Yeah, I agree.
He was our most physical CB, never shied away from contact and seemed to love it. Kind of reminded me of Dre Kirkpatrick with his physicality.
His problem isn't his physicality, it's his ability to cover man-to-man.
He is a perfect transition for a safety. He will head hunt, but has enough speed to stay near targets.
