re: Atlanta man to serve 30 days in prison for going to work too early

I wish we had that law. About a month ago our trash guy started coming an hour earlier in the morning. It doesn't wake me up but it took me 3 weeks of missed pickups to get on the right schedule...which is now just dragging the can out there at night.
