That's a pretty serious lol article. They could have at least said Texas and OU as long as they are making stuff up.
My favorite part is the "triple the revenue in Texas" by adding the sips. Since the SECN is already carried by essentially everyone in the State and at the instate premium rate are they thus saying that by adding the sips they will just be able to triple the price? Sure they will.
While I don't think Mizzou would resist KU coming to the SEC I don't know that anyone else would want them. If they just want to add a basketball school they would add one from the ACC where there is at least some cultural ties.
I've said it 100 times and still believe it to be true. The priorities in any realignment are UVA/UNC and if not those 2 then 2 schools from those states. Everyone else is way down the list and really don't make sense to add because they can't add enough above and beyond value.
