So you think a judge will be fine with Chavis recruiting for aTm while still under contract with LSU.
Hell, there's likely a clause in his contract with LSU that addresses that exact issue.

Since the suit will be made in Brazos County and not Baton Rouge Parrish, unlike a certain lawsuit in the mid-90's...
