63.2% of Clarke County voted for Obama in 2012, making it the second bluest county in the SEC after Richland (USC). Anyone can explain this?

Richland County SC (voted 66% for Obama of those who voted, and that's key) is only 47% black but 99% of the blacks are gonna vote liberal because you know you're gonna have all the racist blacks voting for the black man ... plus the white-guilties mixed-in, and most of the mexicans which makes-up about 4% of Richland County. Then you've got all the bleeding heart liberal university students who had their heads opened and bullshite poured-in by the liberal professors, (many of us were impressionable to the liberals back in our college days- but not me) ... anyways, they'll come around to the good side eventually.

But all told Richland County was what for Hussein ... 66% of those that voted?

What that really means is that 85% of the blacks voted in 2012 (more if you count the dead ones that voted), while a smaller percentage of whites voted ... probably less than 50%.

Richland County is mostly liberal though. Richland and Orangeburg Counties .... high black population = high percentage of liberal voters. That's two counties outta 46 ... of which, counting the two aforementioned there are probably a total of four blue counties in this state.

Owell.
