Because they are right now. Projected as a 6 seed in all the latest projections. Likely projected higher this week.
Arkansas isn't a bubble team. Arkansas is a lock for the tourney right now.

Youre not a lock if you can lose out and not make the tourney. The only sec lock right now is Kentucky. If Arky wins 2 more games then yes they are a lock.as of right now, no.
