It's not like lsu doesn't have competition and you can't take everyone so..... MS or OM get most of the people they want and need from MS and when they miss they go out of state to pick up guys equal to or even better than the ones the miss on so no this isn't an excuse. LSU has compitition from everyone so it's just like having another big school in state. A&M, Bama, FL, UCLA, Ark, Texas, MS, OM, Tenn, hell even Stanford and Arizona State have been coming into LA a lot lately. Lots of west coast schools are now raiding LA so is all of Texas and you guys add all these schools together and we have just as much compitition as the next state. It's not a secrete anymore and wish it was. We missed on some pretty damn good guys the last 4 and 5 years. Would they have been the difference in national championship? Probably not bc of the QB situation, if that is fixed then no matter if we miss on a couple of not we will be a big time power.
