I'm not opposed to some minor cosmetic changes outside, but I do like the concrete look. Seems somewhat unique to me.
My opinion only, but this is a badass view of JHS. Have always liked the concrete 'ribs':

No offense, or maybe it really is, but those "ribs" remind me of Atlanta Fulton County Stadium.

Leave the vertical concrete exposed, but brick everything else.
