The student athlete has to be age 21 to sign the NLI himself.

Only 1 parent/guardian has to sign.

The parent can fax the signed NLI, they do not have to be present.

Too bad he just can't forge the needed signature, a lot of kids are a damn near experts at it.

Why didn't momma sign the damn thing yesterday and fax it in?

All this drama between CeCe and Byron is comical.

It "used" to be the hat trick - now kids are witholding the damn NLI's for added attention/drama.

Are you sure? Why can an 18 yro enlist in the army but can't sign to go to college?
