He knows Nigel and his family IIRC. And said that Nigel's dream school is Oregon, but his mom wouldn't let him go that far from home.

No, I have no idea about his mom, but Nigel said he would commit to Oregon if they offered, dream school and all that. I am doubtful he does go off so far because most mom's in the south keep their kids close. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he commits to Oregon, I'd just be surprised if it stuck, especially if the instate schools make him a big priority
