pretty sure KJ Hill has a LOI that he can send in if he picks Arkansas so the rescinding the scholarship part is total bullshite.

Yes, but that could also be because our staff made sure everything was okay with him by today but after the weekend.

Just because he has one, signs it, and sends it in does not mean his scholarship won't be rescinded.
