LSU tards being consistent. They want to ignore their former coach's resume whilst the ignore the shite show resume of Steele.

Not getting into this too deep, but something to consider.
Muschamp @ LSU = great defense
Pelini @ LSU = great defense
Chavis @ LSU = great defense
Steele @ LSU = ... TBD
Is it the DC or the position coaches under the DC and the players? The real question is how Steele will handle situational calls and getting the defense off the field.
