I think there is some interest in Mississippi State and LSU, but in the end, still think he stays with Ole Miss.

I have no clue where he signs but I know I'm sticking with my instinct that I go with regarding all MS kids, until they sign OOS its best to bet on the home teams, especially OM. LSU has been down this road too many times in the past to get hopes up. Remember CJ Johnson and Speaks? Both were supposedly ours to take(especially Johnson) and both stuck. Have heard very positive things with Lewis but I'm not buying it until the fax is in

I wouldn't jump so fast on the Garrett is better than Lewis train just yet. Garrett is more athletically talented and that's not in question but in terms of playing the position of MLB/ILB, Lewis is about as good as it gets. His Jr film pisses on Garretts Jr or sr film no matter the stats. Lewis is a pure downhill MLB and I'm not sure Garrett is. Also it begs the question, if Garrett is so good and a definite star in the making, why did he have so much trouble seeing the field as a freshman? Its not like we are loaded with depth at MLB. It was Beckwith and Welter. If he's a surefire star he should've beaten out Welter at least at the end of the year. I'm a fan of Garrett and his talent and I do think he will be a good LB for us but I'm not willing to bet he's better than Lewis. Lewis is a stud and is built for SEC style of football. Garrett is from the north and a lot of those kids just aren't of the right mindset to handle AEC style of football. Its physical
