If it weren't for the Georgia Pacific stench palatka would be better than actionville, honestly.

Depends. Much of inland jax is just as shitty as palatka with worse traffic. Riverside is nice but not my scene. I live in Neptune Beach. Technically the beaches aren't jax so in that case I might agree with you but in the grand scheme of things its still jax metro.
