Kid, I linked 2 sources. I can understand if you didn't believe the initial deadspin article. However, the CNN article is just a bunch of facts and reports of things that have been filed.
It is what it is, you're just pissy b/c you school was named in a lawsuit as a place academic fraud allegedly occurred. DWI.

Because our swim coach allowed an ineligible swimmer to swim. Alert the presses. And the teacher involved vehemently denied any wrongdoing and defended the coach who was suspended. Basically accused our compliance department of being full of shite.
