It probably does. I honestly do not recall a situation where Mizzou pulled an offer from a kid they not only had offered but he had committed. Much less 2 weeks before NSD.
Maybe it's happened and I don't know about it or thought it was a kid that someone else got to flip instead of us pulling the carpet out from under him.
