Dual arrest are pretty common.
Neighbor hears an argument. Calls cops. Cops get there. They don't observe any unlawful contact or unlawful conduct. Phone/door/wall is busted. Cops talks to both parties. Errrrrrrrrrrrybody goes to jail.
In my county here in SoFla, dual arrests are highly discouraged. In fact, our SAO won't even touch those cases. Automatic NoFile. I guess Tuscan Cnty and Alabama are different.
