Lie to me and tell me the bum did something terrible to another human being and I'd probably kill him for a lot less than 10 million
or
Sub-contract this situation out to someone that I know. Then, present the options available and tell him I didn't want to know what he chose. I'd throw him 6 million for doing it and take the additional 4 for the networking/finders fee
