Pete Carroll? Bill O'Brien? Dan Devine? Bill Walsh had some pretty successful season by Stanford standards. Jim Mora Jr has given UCLA their best 3 year run in almost 30 years. Al Groh is one of only two UVA HCs to post a wining pct better than .500 in the modern era.

I am willing to reserve judgment until we know what ears is paying him. $2 million a few years ago.
